Bath Gin - The Canary

A blend of 10 different flavours including not only juniper, but also citrus peel, cassia bark, culeb berries, kaffia leaf and wormwood.

The Bath Gin has been created by owner of The Canary, Peter Meacock with the help of expert mixologist Tim Whelehan.

The Canary gin bar on Queen Street has created the Bath Gin - a one-of-a-kind tipple made with a special blend of 10 botanicals to give it a unique taste.

It’s the kaffia leaf and the wormwood which make it a bit different,” explained Peter. “Kaffia is not only used in a lot of Thai cookery, but it is also used to flavour rum made in the Indian Ocean and wormwood is the base botanical in absinthe.
